Marfa, Where Mysterious Juxtapositions Never End

I first visited Marfa in 2007 after becoming a fan of Donald Judd’s work. I came for the art (which is great), but I left just as entranced by the landscape, the skies and the town’s personality, which changes by the block. I returned in 2023 and was just as captivated by its singular alchemical magic.
